In our “Interventions to Relax, Rebalance, and Reset” retreat, we will take a closer look at burnout and how to stop yourself from falling into its negative cycle. Some of our major topics of discussion include self-care and ethics, grounding techniques, dealing with secondary trauma, finding closure, and so much more. No, the cost of the hotel stay is not included in the retreat ticket price. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations for the duration of the retreat. This allows attendees to choose accommodations that best suit their preferences and needs.
Some meals are provided as part of the retreat package. Please see the retreat schedule for specifics. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and some snacks to keep you energized throughout the day.
Yes, attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat location. This ensures that participants have the flexibility to explore the area and move around as needed during their stay.
